A squirrel hat!?.... It all started when she first put on the “squirrel hat” and distributed product samples 19 years ago… Sherry was the ideal marketing ambassador: energetic, reliable, and results-driven. Over the years, agencies turned to Sherry to provide staff “just like her” to execute their programs, and today Fusion has established a reputation of excellence in event staffing. Focused on providing staffing opportunities nationwide, Sherry’s passion, integrity and drive to execute flawless promotions continue to power the success of Fusion’s client programs.

Sherry has served as Volunteer Coach for Waumba Land and Ministry Team Representative at North Point Community Church, has served in advisory roles with a Christian-based charity FUEL, as well as Faith Hope Adoption, and is on the Board of Directors for Legacy World Missions. MIKE KOVAK
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Gung-ho!.. was Mike’s nickname at his first agency internship back in 1991. Today, his energy and enthusiasm for directing client relationships as well as his zeal for leadership and goal attainment has positioned Fusion as one of the leaders in the event staffing.

His experience encompasses 20 years in agency account management, event marketing, publishing and event sponsorship sales. Joining forces with Sherry in 2003, Mike’s ability to manage agency operations and create rewarding partånerships, combined with Sherry’s expertise in managing programs that exceed expectations, presents an event staffing powerhouse that clients trust and respect.

Mike has served as a High School Small Group Leader Coach and Ministry Team Representative at North Point Community Church, Board Member of Legacy World Missions - and is currently serving with Sherry in North Point's THRIVE marriage ministry. BEAU BEARDEN,

Hunting!  Whether it’s in the countryside of West Texas searching for deer and quail, or looking nationwide for the “right” Fusion clients, Beau enjoys the purpose, respect and passion for hitting his goals.

Over the last 20 years, Beau’s sales experience encompasses new business development, customer service, publishing, advertising, and event staffing.  Joining the Fusion Team in 2009, Beau has integrated a sales process introducing 100’s of new, rewarding client partnerships to the power of Fusion!  When Beau isn’t being the “pleasantly persistent” sales guy, he enjoys hunting, running, caring for his multiple pets, and most importantly, enjoying life with his wonderful wife of 15 years, and two children. MICHELLE BRIDGES
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Michelle worked her first Fusion event promotion 13 years ago, distributing samples of a new gum to kids at theme parks, she had no idea how the results of her efforts would “stick”.  Today, Michelle serves as Fusion’s Operations Director, coordinating our 10 member team operations and new business development efforts.

As a 12 year veteran in staffing management, her love for working as an ambassador in the field and the opportunity to serve others in the event staffing arena, presents a client manager with insight and experience to power any program; whether it’s 100 or 1,000 staff - she’s made it happen.  Her passion & dedication to the success of Fusion’s programs makes her an asset to every event and program she manages.  Michelle enjoys running, cycling and adventure races… the tougher the better! ANGELA CLARKE
SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER
Serving as an excellent Ambassador in the field for Fusion in 2009, Angela joined the Fusion team in 2010 as an Account Manager.  Today, as a Sr. Account Manager, with fifteen years of Client Relationship Management experience and a solid understanding of event staffing, she truly understands the importance of building strong relationships with her clients and with the staff who power our programs.

Angela has the unique ability to positively influence and lead others - and she uses those super powers for good!  Building relationships throughout the staffing process, sharing the goals of a client's program and the importance of meeting the metrics required, makes a difference in the success of her programs.
